SHOULD I USE THIS SERVICE
In England and Wales approximately 7 out of 10 people die without
having made a Will. In many cases this results in administration and financial
difficulties for the bereaved families together with the need for expensive legal help
and delays in settling the estate.
For the vast majority of people our service provides a comprehensive Will with all the
supporting documentation including information for the Will maker and letters for their
executors, complete and ready to post.
In cases where you have unusual or complicated needs or require special tax
planning arrangements then you should consider contacting a solicitor who will be able
to offer specialist advice.
Technical jargon
Have you ever wondered if all that technical legal jargon
(sometimes known as legalese), seen in most legal documents and used by solicitors, is
actually necessary? Well, strictly speaking it is not, but it is used to ensure that
there is no ambiguity that would invalidate the will. Our service will create a Will
with all the legal words, terms and phrases where necessary and only where necessary.
All the questions you will be asked are in plain English.
