Dispatch of Goods
All goods will be dispatched immediately following successful payment. Any goods accidentally damaged in transit will be replaced.

Our service to the customer
This service provides our customers with the means for them to produce a Will which is legally valid within the legal jurisdiction of England and Wales.

Our customers can:

name one or more beneficiaries to whom they will leave their estate
create mirror Wills
name beneficiaries separately for gifts, money and residue
name substitute beneficiaries should the main beneficiaries not survive them
name executors, trustees and guardians together with substitutes
make requests for funeral arrangements
make a statement to be read out to family and friends
have their Will placed in safe storage with the Probate Registry

If the customer is unsure of their requirements they should consider consulting a solicitor.

The information entered by the customer is their responsibility. They must ensure that names and addresses of beneficiaries and other people named in their Will are correct and clearly identify the people concerned.

Immediately following a successful payment the customer will have access to their Will documents which are in PDF format and include at least the following:

information for the testator
information for the executor
letters to executors and substitute executors
last Will and Testament of the testator/testatrix
mirror Will of main beneficiary, if paid for
Statements and requests

The Will documents may be viewed and printed indefinitely and without restriction, following a successful payment. In order to access the documents the customer must be able to read PDF format files. A link is available which enables the customer to download a free copy of Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website.

The Will details may be amended for thirty days following the date of payment. In order to make further amendments after the thirty day period has elapsed, the customer must create a new Will version or a copy of the original version. A new Will must then be purchased, at the prevailing price for a second and subsequent Will, before the amended Will is made available for viewing and printing.

The customer may also pay for a printed copy of their Will, which will be printed on high quality paper and dispatched immediately.

Privacy
do not disclose clients information to third parties.

All personal information that you enter on this site is encrypted and stored on secure servers.

All credit card transactions take place on the remote SecureTrading server. Credit card details are not held in clear text on any web site.

In order to prevent malicious abuse of the service provided on this site reserve the right, without warning, to close client accounts and remove associated data from our database.

Exclusion of liability and disclaimer
cannot be held responsible for the validity of personal information held on our database and will not accept any liability in the event of any personal details contained in a Will purchased from us being the subject of an application to the Courts.
